Delivery and installation are within a 30-mile radius of the showroom. Installation further away may be possible at an additional cost, depending on the model and your postcode. Ask us to confirm the arrangements and any extra charges for your chosen demo.
Buildings can be collected from the showroom; enquire for the arrangements. Pergola prices are based on the customer dismantling the pergola themselves and collecting it. Speak to our team before making collection plans.
Most demonstration buildings are sold as seen. View your chosen demo to check its finish and condition before buying. Painted or insulated demonstration buildings may require repainting by the customer.
Some models may allow a roofing upgrade, and some window sections are interchangeable and can go on either side. Other buildings are supplied exactly as displayed and cannot be changed. Ask what is possible for the specific demo before purchasing.
All installations require a flat, level base. A concrete base is required for uPVC and insulated buildings. Discuss the base requirements for your chosen model with our team before installation.
A 25% deposit is required for demonstration buildings, with the final balance due two weeks before installation. Ask the team to confirm payment arrangements for collection orders.
